Monthly Service To Outdoor Home Swimming Pool & Spa

Posted by Nick Lewis on 22.09.2022

Having an outdoor swimming pool is a wonderful addition to any home. It provides a place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the warm weather. However, owning a pool also comes with certain responsibilities. One of the most important is to have the pool serviced on a monthly basis.

Monthly swimming pool and spa servicing by the Chemsol Group will ensure your swimming pool and spa is maintained and cleaned. Our engineers undertake the following:

  • clean the pool
  • test the water
  • balance the chemistry of the pool
  • make sure that the equipment is in good working order
  • visual inspection to detect any potential issues

This will help to ensure that your pool is safe and enjoyable for everyone. In addition, regular servicing can help to extend the life of your pool and keep it looking its best.

Monthly Service Routine Carried Out

During our monthly swimming pool and spa service to our client in Cheshire the following work was carried out:

Outdoor Swimming pool

  • clean pool cover
  • net and vac pool
  • test water and balance chemicals

Outdoor Spa

  • service to spa
  • topped up large chlorine tablets
  • scrub the walls
  • balance the chemicals
  • mended the heater - there had been a power surge, which blew the box where the wiring was located, which made it trip. Opened up the box, stripped the wires back, and re-wired. Luckily the power surge didn't damage the heater.

Plant Room

  • backwashed
  • cleaned the basket in the pump
  • topped up the large chlorine tablets
  • visual inspection to detect any potential issues
